课程内容：The tutorial is intended to show and practice Test Process Improvement (TPI) activities as required today and in the (near) future. The tutorial starts with a view on the status and growth of TPI in conjunction with the evolution of the IT-industry. A kind of “Hybrid” approach for continuous test improvement, using both classical (bound) and unbound models is shown and discussed.

The second part of the tutorial is a comprehensive session on the TPI Next model, a world standard. The third part is an entertaining workshop, actually applying the Compact TPI model (CTPI). It represents a way to select and implement a set of activities that rapidly improve testing’s contribution to project success.

课程内容：Jon Hagar will apply the testing “attack” concept to the domain of mobile software systems in this tutorial.  Jon defines the sub-domain of mobile software and examines the issues of software product failures caused by defects found in this type of software.  Next, Jon shares a set of attacks against mobile software based on common modes of failure that mobile device testers can direct against their software.  For specific attacks, Jon explains when and how to conduct the attack, as well as why the attack works to find bugs.

课程内容：This tutorial is intended to show and practice the usage of Selenium, the leading web test automation tool of the open source world and how It can be combined with the JSystem framework for creating a comprehensive test automation solution. The tutorial starts with introduction to the WebDriver API and the primary strategies used for locating and operating on different web pages components.

The second part of the tutorial is an introduction session to the JSystem framework. An open source framework for system testing with a flexible, feature rich GUI and reporting system.
